All items are shipped fully insured, but please note, JCD is not responsible for mistakes made and/or damage caused by the shipping carrier. Once I drop a package off at the carrier, it is now in their care and JCD is longer responsible for it. 

If an items sustains damage in transit or is lost, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue. As packages are insured, please reach out to me if you need assistance regarding insurance at jay@jaycrowderdesigns.com

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your order. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that JCD incurs from the carrier.
